Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched the same business day when placed before 2:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays); orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS (e.g., USPS Priority and UPS) within the United States. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) research material is stable at room temperature in transit; temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free US shipping on orders over $250.

Discreet, Secure Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is included with applicable products.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email when your order ships, and is available in your account. If tracking shows no movement 3-7 business days after dispatch, contact support@vitalemethod.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@vitalemethod.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. See our Refund & Returns Policy for resolution (replacement or refund).

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address; reshipment to a corrected address may incur an additional shipping charge.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Where international shipping is offered, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with the laws of the destination country.
