Vitale LLC (“Vitale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit vitalemethod.com or purchase from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you consent to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, organization name and EIN (where requested for research-buyer verification), and order details when you place an order or contact us.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to provide customer support.
- To verify eligibility (age 21+ and qualified-researcher status) and to prevent fraud and chargeback abuse.
- To send transactional messages (order, shipping, and account notices).
- With your consent, to send marketing emails or SMS, which you may opt out of at any time (reply STOP for SMS; use the unsubscribe link in emails).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment, email/SMS, analytics, and fraud-prevention vendors, each bound to use it only to provide their services; and where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights. When advertising measurement is enabled and you have not opted out, we also use Meta's Conversions API as described below. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising measurement disclosures may count as sharing or a sale under some state privacy laws.

We use cookies and similar technologies for cart functionality, site analytics, and (where applicable) advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
Advertising measurement and your choices
When advertising measurement is enabled and you have not opted out, our server may share with Meta the event type and time, an event identifier, purchase value and currency, a general website page address, browser information, advertising click/browser identifiers, and hashed email address or phone number when available. Hashing does not make information anonymous. This integration does not send product names, product identifiers, product page addresses, order notes, payment card details, or full mailing addresses.
You can turn off this advertising measurement using the control below without changing your ability to browse, create an account, or purchase. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals. A browser choice applies to that browser; when you are signed into an account, we also retain an account-level opt-out. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may remove a browser-only choice. Opting out stops future sharing through this integration and suppresses eligible events still waiting to be sent; it cannot recall events already delivered to Meta.
Advertising measurement uses the site's U.S.-market policy unless you opt out. This setting applies to this browser and, when signed in, your account.

Data Retention
We retain order and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here and to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which we delete or anonymize the data.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@vitalemethod.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and its products are intended only for persons 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
