Refund & Returns Policy

No Physical Returns

Because our products are sensitive research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they have left our custody, we do not accept physical returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy protects the integrity of our supply chain and every customer who relies on it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@vitalemethod.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue and the packaging. Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a refund, at your option. Do not discard the affected item or packaging until the claim is resolved.

Non-Delivery

If tracking does not show delivery within 3-7 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship at no cost to you.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to enable same-day dispatch. To change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@vitalemethod.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first — we resolve nearly every concern quickly with a replacement or refund. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us delays resolution for everyone.
